BioI was a child genius, one of those über-nerdy precocious know-it-all kids, and everyone around me thought I'd end up being a nuclear scientist or something... but against all odds I became a musician! I'm a classically trained pianist, and I play half a dozen of other instruments - bass guitar being my favourite. I'm a great singer too (although my sisters strongly disagree with this claim!)
My friend Robin calls me "Resident Extrovert" - quite! (That's a euphemism for "Completely Nuts".) The rest of my pals call me "Mum", not only because I am a mum of a gorgeous boy, but also because I kinda mother everyone around me... I'm also very funny, super-goofy, painfully honest, irrationally optimistic, infectiously upbeat, energetic, passionate, eccentric and silly. I guess I'm fearless too, I love a good challenge more than anything, and I crave excitement... like, every day!
I'm very busy too, as I try to joggle being a good homemaker, writing up my PhD, teaching, songwriting, socialising and pursuing my numerous hobbies & interests. Sounds like a bit too much... well, it is, but so far I've been a good joggler.
Being this crazy and independent woman I never thought I'd find someone mad enough to marry me; but when I met my big and strong Taurus, we just clicked... In three months time we were already living together, and getting married, and then we had our little Taurus (like the father, like the son...) The moral of the story is that a girl doesn't have to be a dainty princess to become eligible for a happily-ever-after - just be yourself!
